Description

This opportunity will allow instructional coaches the opportunity to collaborate and learn together around pertinent topics that will help equip them in their diverse roles. Based on feedback, this day will offer breakout sessions to address topics such as:

  • Refining PLCs–Reclaiming Resistors

  • The Importance of Efficacy in Coaching

  • Supporting New Teachers

  • Utilizing Rutherfords’ 30 Second Feedback

Time will also be devoted for Elementary and Secondary Breakout sessions.

Brooke Gantt currently serves as Nixa Public Schools Elementary Curriculum Specialist. In addition, during her 21 years in public education, she has served as a classroom teacher in urban and suburban school districts and as an instructional specialist. Her passion is to inspire and support students, families, and educators in seeking new challenges, ideas and experiences that create the pursuit of lifelong learning. Brooke is an art enthusiast who enjoys travel adventures and time with her family. Her favorite setting to relax and refuel is by the pool, on the lake or at the beach.
