This experience will allow instructional coaches the opportunity to collaborate and learn together around pertinent topics that will help equip them in their diverse roles. The sessions are being designed to mirror a 3-part coaching cycle that will allow us to embed critical coaching ideas with the learning. This semester’s experience includes:

  • Oct 5th: A virtual planning conversation in preparation for a site visit.

  • Oct 26th: A site visit that will reflect needs and ideas expressed in our planning conversation, and highlight areas of coaching and support identified from feedback.

  • Nov 2nd: A virtual reflective conversation that will allow for sharing of ideas and next steps gained from our onsite visit as well as planning ahead for the next cycle.

If you miss a session you can still participate in the others, but the experience will be most beneficial to those who attend all 3.
