Description

The educational context has many school leaders wondering about their current policies and practices related to Title IX. Emily Omohundro with EdCounsel will be offering a training session to review Title IX policies and best practices regarding investigations of sexual harassment. The training will include a discussion of how to balance Title IX obligations and requirements with general duties of compliance and Missouri laws. Any school leader or educator who works with situations connected to Title IX are encouraged to attend.
