The Most Important R in Schools is Relationships

As a leader, you know relationships matter. What do you and your teachers do daily to strengthen relationships with community members, parents, each other, and students?

Let’s discuss specific steps and strategies to build relationships with every stakeholder and especially with each student under the care of teachers and leaders. Participants will learn and take away practices they can put in place the next school day to build a foundation of trust that leads to greater achievement.
