Collective Efficacy: The Power of Working Together on July 12th

When teachers share a sense of collective efficacy it results in greater job-satisfaction, resilience, and impact. This session provides the foundation for understanding collective efficacy, its impact on student achievement, and the positive consequences associated with collective teacher efficacy. Participants will also learn about the enabling conditions for collective efficacy and determine how to support these conditions in their school.

Impactful Continuous Improvement Cycles on July 13th

Collaborative inquiry provides a structure for professional learning in which teachers and administrators come together to inquire, seek and share learning, collect and reflect on evidence, and act on what they have learned. Participants will gain a better understanding of the stages of continuous improvement cycles and how they can be used as a powerful design for professional learning and high-leverage strategy for school improvement and a means of fostering collective teacher efficacy.
