Participate in our Partner Fair!
Our Tier 1 and 2 Partners and Member Universities are invited to be a part of our Virtual Partner Fair on Wednesday, January 18, 2022.
We know that you have expertise and knowledge that would be of benefit to our members. This will be a great way for you to share in a live virtual session about resources, services, products, and discounts that you offer, while connecting with existing and potential clients.
The Call for Vendors is open to our Tier 1 and 2 Partners and Member Universities, and closes on November 30th.

Schedule
This January 18th event will include two virtual sessions:
Session 1: 9:00 - 10:00 am
Session 2: 10:30 - 11:30 am
You can select when you present, and choose to use either the same presentation or different presentations.
Each session will begin with a brief welcome and introduction of our presenters and the presentations that they will be providing for that particular session. Participants will then join the breakout room of their choice. At the end of the presentation time, all attendees and presenters will reconvene for a brief closing.
Promoting the Events
We plan to advertise this event in all of our various communication platforms and encourage you to do the same. Please tag @GOCSDMO in your posts. Working together to communicate about this opportunity should help ensure strong participation.
Zoom Support
There will be an optional 20 minute Zoom Tutorial offered for vendors at 8AM the day of the fair to ensure you are confident in using this platform. It will provide a quick demonstration of a few key skills including: screen sharing, configuring audio and video, sharing resources in chat, etc.
