Call for Proposals

Presenters

We invite our Member Districts and Universities to share your innovative and effective strategies, programs and practices at Innovation Summit. This is a great opportunity to represent your organization at a premiere conference.

We are looking for proposals that align with our conference mission: To showcase innovative practices. We want proposals that appeal to multiple groups, and from which attendees are likely to gain new knowledge and insights that are immediately applicable and sustainable.

Submit a Proposal

Submit a Breakout Proposal and/or Roundtable Proposal by March 25, 2024. You are welcome to submit multiple proposals on different hot topics. Only proposals from members will be considered. Tier 1 Sponsors may submit a breakout or round table proposal, when co-presenting with a member district. Presenters will be notified in April and will receive an exclusive Innovator Bag of Swag at the event.

Scoring Guide

All proposals will be evaluated by our committee using a Scoring Guide.

Breakout Session

These 45 minute sessions are a combination of a lecture, featuring audience participation and interaction with the presenter and/or hands-on activities. It may include up to 2 presenters. 

Roundtable

This is a small group of participants with a facilitator, gathering in an informal setting for an in-depth discussion on a particular topic for 45 minutes. It may include up to 2 facilitators.
