We welcome any additional monetary or product support you may wish to provide for this non-profit event and organization. Feel free to bring items to give away at your table. Educators love freebies! We will have a sponsors card that attendees will present to you. We ask that you sign these cards which will be put into a drawing for donated prizes.

The Branson Convention Center is located on the Branson Landing.
To optimize the opportunity for you to connect with attendees, sponsor tables will be located along the main corridor outside the meeting rooms.
The main corridor of the convention center is a public area so you will need to secure any valuable items on Thursday evening.
It is connected to the Hilton Branson Hotel. We have secured a group rate for attendees at the Hilton Branson, Hilton Promenade and the Comfort Inn. See the Lodging Options webpage for all the details.
We expect 800+ educators to attend the conference. Participants will include superintendents, district leaders, building administrators, tech directors, instructional coaches, teachers, etc.
You may start setting up as early as 7:30 AM each day. Visiting hours:
Aug 3: 9:30 AM - 4 PM (lunch break at 11:30)
Aug 4: 7:45 AM - 11 AM
