We invite you to be a part of our GOCSD Innovation Summit, the premiere educational conference in Southwest Missouri. We have 3 sponsorship tiers and a la Carte items to allow you to personalize your participation in our event.

Registration

Once you've determined what sponsorship option works best for your organization, use the Register button to access the form to indicate your selections, enter your details, and submit payment.

If you are a GOCSD Partner who bundled an Innovation Summit Sponsorship with your membership, please submit the registration form to provide your details, indicate if you wish to purchase a la carte items, and select additional options such as power for your table, box lunch, etc.

  • Recognition of sponsors who are partners, published in GONews which is distributed to all members and partners

  • 3 Thank you posts on GOCSD social media channels, and app and website

  • Prime location for sponsor table on the concourse

  • Logo featured on digital signage in multiple locations in the convention center

  • Logo featured in welcome slidedeck which is played on a loop before each keynote

  • Logo on t-shirts

  • Logo in the footer of all webpages of the registration site

  • Option to provide marketing materials to be placed on tables in keynote room

  • Opportunity to submit a breakout or round table proposal, co-presenting with a member district

Any Tier 1 Sponsorships will need to be finalized by July 5th in order to include the logos on the T-shirts.

Do you have an idea for a customized sponsorship that you’d like to run by us? We like new ideas. Reach out, and let’s see what’s possible.

Swag and Freebies

We welcome any additional monetary or product support you may wish to provide for this non-profit event and organization. Feel free to bring items to give away at your table. Educators love freebies! We will have a sponsors card that attendees will present to you. We ask that you sign these cards which will be put into a drawing for donated prizes.

Venue

The Branson Convention Center is located on the Branson Landing.

​To optimize the opportunity for you to connect with attendees, sponsor tables will be located along the main corridor outside the meeting rooms.

Concourse with people

The main corridor of the convention center is a public area so you will need to secure any valuable items on Thursday evening.

It is connected to the Hilton Branson Hotel. We will obtain a conference rate for attendees at the Hilton Branson, Hilton Promenade and the Comfort Inn. More details coming soon.

Attendees

We expect 800+ educators to attend the conference. Participants will include superintendents, district leaders, building administrators, tech directors, instructional coaches, teachers, etc.

You may start setting up as early as 7:30 AM each day. Visiting hours:

  • Aug 3: 9:30 AM - 4 PM (lunch break at 11:30)

  • Aug 4: 7:45 AM - 11 AM​
