Educators have been faced with many unprecedented challenges in the past several months causing many to feel overwhelmed and in some cases even thinking about leaving the profession.
Amy Hill, LCSW, Vice President for School Based Services Southwest from Burrell Center and Dr. Alison Roffers, Director for Counseling Services, Springfield Public Schools will be leading a session designed to share strategies for how school leaders can approach and manage the stress and challenges of their jobs and also initiate and provide supports and opportunities for staff members.
This interactive session should provide every participant with ideas for how to approach the challenging educational context proactively in order to build a positive culture for staff and students.
