For May's #TeacherProud Tuesday we are spotlighting the Ava, Bolivar and Lebanon School Districts.
Ava
Have you heard? Today is #TeacherProud Tuesday! Mr. Clevenhagen was nominated because of the fun hands-on learning students do in his Project Lead the Way- Medical Detectives Class. In this class, students learn how to check heart rate, take blood pressure, and diagnose possible illnesses. They also get to participate in dissecting sheep brains and frogs to learn about different body systems. Let’s hear it for Mr. Clevenhagen!
Bolivar
Bolivar Schools wants to recognize our Teacher of the Year award recipients from each of our buildings! These teachers were nominated by their peers for being outstanding educators and making huge impacts on the students that they teach. One of these wonderful teachers will be celebrated as the Master Teacher of the Year at our end-of-the-year celebration event!
Lebanon
On #TeacherProud Tuesday, we wanted to take another opportunity to recognize and thank our 2022-23 Teachers of the Year for their service to our students and for being such excellent and caring educators!

The purpose of the Teacher Proud Tuesday campaign is to lift up and celebrate the profession and those currently serving, to recruit and inspire candidates to consider teaching, and to inform communities, business leaders and policymakers on the importance of public education.
