GOCSD is excited to introduce the GORWL Transformational Teacher Toolkit, a new collection of learning experiences designed to help educators move from isolated initiatives to a coherent Real World Learning continuum.
What the toolkit offers
The toolkit gives educators a shared framework and language for designing rigorous, relevant learning that is intentionally connected to students’ futures and regional workforce needs.
It’s built as a flexible toolkit—not a linear program—so teachers and leaders can engage in offerings that best match their roles, needs, and readiness while still aligning to a PK–12 Real World Learning continuum.

Through the GORWL Transformational Teacher Toolkit, participants learn how to connect classroom instruction, assessment, and community partnerships so students experience authentic challenges, meaningful products of work, and recognized Market Value Assets.
