Pate Early Childhood Center – Michelle Fischer Michelle is an incredibly caring and dedicated Pre-K teacher who truly loves what she does. She creates a warm, welcoming classroom where every student feels valued and supported. Her kindness and genuine love for her students are evident in everything she does, making a lasting impact on the young learners she serves each day.

Sydney Kennedy

Sydney Kennedy Sydney is dedicated to meeting her students’ needs through small groups, WIN time, and tutoring. She goes above and beyond daily, giving up part of her plan time to help with dismissal, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She’s committed to helping students grow academically and upholding the HD Way with a positive attitude that inspires those around her. Her willingness to help, approachable nature, and unwavering dedication make a lasting impact on both students and staff.
